What is the best GLP-1 tracker app for iPhone?

Is GlucoPal free?

GlucoPal is free to download and use, with optional GlucoPal Pro subscriptions for advanced features. Current prices, trial terms, and included features are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Is my health data private?

No account is required, and we do not ask for your name or email. Tracking records are stored on your device and synced through your personal iCloud. Optional meal-photo analysis sends the selected photo to an AI provider. With permission, limited health data is sent to analytics and diagnostics providers for product improvement. Which GLP-1 medications does GlucoPal support?

GlucoPal supports logging tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro), semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza), dulaglutide (Trulicity), orforglipron (Foundayo), oral and compounded semaglutide, and retatrutide. You can record weekly injections, daily pills, dose changes, and injection sites. Tracking support does not determine whether a medication is approved or appropriate for you.

Can GlucoPal estimate how much medication is in my system?

Yes. GlucoPal uses your logged doses and published absorption and half-life data to model estimated medication levels over time. This is an educational estimate, not a measurement of your blood levels. It cannot establish what is causing a symptom or determine when to change your dose. Do not use it to change your dose or schedule; follow your prescriber’s instructions.How medication-level estimates work.

Can I export a PDF for my doctor?

Yes. GlucoPal Pro creates a PDF report with your organized dose, side-effect, and weight history to share at appointments. You can preview a sample report in the app before upgrading.

Is GlucoPal available on Android?

GlucoPal is currently available for iPhone. Android is in development and is not yet available.
